Relationship to Nina: Sudbury best friend of mine for years; we were inseparable during the summer months of college; traveled cross-country together in 1991; now he's happily married to Kristin Kidd and is a very successful entrepreneur (his Pet Pals dog walking business is booming!!!); he lives, works and plays (maybe all the same thing for David) in his outdoor haven in Winchester; and how could I forget, has a very cool and photogenic dog, Leroy (see below). |

Relationship to Evan: Another great friend (how lucky can a guy be); first met when he was dating my girlfriend (long-brain infection-related story), she had good taste; star lacrosse goalie on Ivy League Power, Columbia team; medical student at UVA, planning to follow in Nina and my father's foot steps to become a radiologist, though he'd rather partner with me and become a billionaire; trusts me with his money; can't retire until he's 200, because I told him to put his 1st IRA contribution in AT&T stock - Great buy right now (please read disclaimer); helped me move from Carolina really fast; accomplished student, athlete, musician and lover (or so I hear), but sorry gals, he's taken. |

Relationship to Nina: My amazing dad is the associate director at Lincoln Laboratory (MIT); he works on special committees for NASA to help them determine the feasibility of their projects; he loves gardening and traveling and his wife, Jan (step-mom) who recently retired from teaching in Revere (her own class of special needs children!) and now gets to sleep later and hang out with her cool mom, Laura Ryder (step-grandmom). Dad has a large and close family on the west coast many of whom, unfortunately, will not be at the wedding. |

Relationship to Nina: My chic mom works as a social worker in Worcester and Boston; she lives in Back Bay in Boston with her hubby, Stu, who is a financial advisor (anyone need some services?) for the NE Advisory Group; Stu's son Adam and his wife Kristi JUST had a baby girl, Hailey, and Stu is a very proud grandfather; both Mom and Stu are constantly busy having fun downtown and with friends; and they just love all things truly Italiano! |

Relationship to Evan: Best parents I ever had (oh yeah, I already used that joke); Dad, soon to become my second favorite radiologist, has read more x-rays than could be counted, but has been at more sporting events than that; among other things (hair, stunning good looks and brains) passed on passion for sports; grew up watching 50's Yankee teams from his roof, went to Columbia and Harvard Medical School; mom is a true inspiration; most courageous woman you will ever meet, has battled cancer for 17 years, 18 surgeries, chemo and radiation and has won every time; long-time teacher, then ultrasonographer, but now dedicates her time to the Dana Farber as founder and editor of the Side-by-Side Newsletter for the Patient and Family Advisory Council of the Dana Farber (she is the council co-chair). |

Relationship to Nina: my funky grandmother will be without her fluffy companion, Yoffi, for the day; Nana lives on the first street of the Atlantic City Boardwalk in Ventnor City, NJ, though she vacations in Florida during the horrible Northeast winters; she spends her free time caring for her cute Maltese, Yoffi, walking on the boardwalk, and crocheting excellent blankets for the family; 'aunt god-mommy Joni Lipson' is my mom's younger and taller sister; she lives and works in Philadelphia and is a ballroom dancing queen! Her two sons, Matthew and Evan, will be performing at the wedding. |
