Wedding cake by Icing on the Cake
Passed Hors D'oeuvres: vegetable spring rolls with apricot dipping sauce, crisp potato pancakes with balsamic seared pear and creme fraiche, steamed wild mushroom shao mai with a sesame-soy dipping sauce, wild rice cakes topped with seared tuna and cucumber radish relish (aunt karyl fisch's favorite), artichoke fritters with spicy lime dip, assorted vegetable maki rolls with wasabi-soy sauce (nina's favorite).
Stationary Hors D'oeuvres: smoked salmon platter accompanied by minced onion, sour cream, capers and egg, served with pumpernickel and rye toasts; crisp crudite served with muhamara dip and cumin scented wonton chips (mom's favorite); warm baked brie with caramelized apples garnished with sweet red and green grapes and served with sliced french baguettes and assorted crackers.
Dessert: four-tiered wedding cake with a choice of either rich chocolate with a white chocolate filling or silky lemon with a lemon buttercream and raspberry jam filling, both coated with white buttercream frosting. Cake will be served with sliced fresh fruit and berries with cinnamon creme anglaise.

| BAR: |
Champagne, red and white wine, sparkling water, lemonade, ice tea, juices, sodas, freshly brewed italian roast decaf and coffee and assorted hot teas. Both the champagne and wine are provided as a special gift from Guli and Sara Arshad (evan's boss and his wife).

| SEATING: |
As a cocktail reception, with passed hors d'oeuvres, there is no assigned seating. In the sanctuary, there will be eight tables with chairs, enough to seat approximately 32 guests at any one time.

| MUSIC:
 |
A talented group of three will provide the tunes, Evan Lipson (nina's cousin), on bass, and two Berklee College of Music students on drums and piano. The groups musical styles include jazz, swing, classical, and klezmer. They may even take requests, just ask. Although there is no official dance floor, the music will be fun and all are welcome to dance. Just follow David Taylor's lead. Please see the music page for more detailed information.

David Barron of Oxygengroup.com will be taking some of his famous still color shots; and Matthew Lipson (nina's cousin and student at NYU film school) will be shooting all of the video (with use of Elaine Wu's digital video camera) for those who cannot attend.
